African Canadian Farmers Society
Who We Are
The African Canadian Farmers Society (ACFS) exists to promote equitable participation of African Canadian and immigrant farmers in Canada’s agricultural sector. We work to remove systemic barriers, strengthen farming capacity, and foster culturally appropriate food systems that reflect African heritage and nutritional needs.
We are a community-driven, non-profit society dedicated to supporting African Canadian farmers in British Columbia through access to land, skills development, mentorship, advocacy, and culturally rooted agricultural systems.
